FAQ Delivery
Can I change the delivery location after my booking?
Yes, subject to customer service approval. If the new location is in a different area, the rate will be adjusted accordingly.
What happens if I arrived late to pick up my vehicle?
A text message will be sent 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A phone call is also made at the time of the appointment. In case of delay, we will agree on a new delivery time slot. If the delay is related to your ferry or flight, our connected apps will notify us during your journey.
Is there a return fee?
No return fees are charged. For vehicle pick-up at the airport, please allow around €2 for the parking ticket. The ticket is covered by us when handing over any vehicle at the airport. Deliveries outside Fort-de-France port or the airport are subject to a fee.
Is the vehicle delivered directly to my accommodation?
Once your booking is confirmed, the vehicle will be delivered within the selected area (city center or at a gas station of your choice).
Can I choose the exact delivery location?
You can choose the exact location, but only within the city center of the selected commune or at the gas station of your choice.
